We are utilizing SignNow, an electronic document management and e-signature software company.
How to submit your application electronically
- Click the online application link located on the main scholarship page
- You will be taken to a page. Enter your name and email in the "applicant" fields and enter the name & email of your parent/guardian who will sign the application in the "Parent/Guardian" fields (The area that talks about custom messages can be left blank - don't worry about that!)
- You will now be brought to the electronic application and you can fill it out from there! After it is all filled out (be sure to check all parts!), your parent/guardian, will receive an email asking them to sign the application. After everything is complete, you both will receive an email to download the completed application!
